Another interesting Elora activity is whitewater kayaking. Here, two members of the Guelph Kayak Club have put their kayaks into the water at a point just after the Irvine river joins the Grand, and they will paddle all the way through the Elora Gorge park.

Before tackling the challenging rapids ahead, these paddlers pause to play, and practice Eskimo rolls. Obviously these members of the Guelph Kayak club are very skilled and experienced.
